DIY'd off the shoulder grateful dead tee

Cute DIY'd grateful dead tee! Someone (not me) cropped the bottom as well as cut the neck out. Size is cut out, would guess a small or medium. Cut around neck was not done very straight or even but still cute on! #gratefuldead #bears #tiedye
