@catlovernj How do we DIY this? I'm not so crafty, lol.

@tonistwinkles Use a crystal that will fit. Stretch open. It is as flexible as a paper clip. Beyond that I admit finding a YouTube video would help. I have other crystal pendants available that are in this type of cage.

@tonistwinkles This is how: open the spiral cage in the middle. Fit the cage wires around the crystal. The top and bottom keep the crystal from falling out. Thanks to YouTube.

@catlovernj Oh, I see. I thought the chains shown were supposed to somehow be twisted into making the cage. Smh 🤦♀️

@catlovernj I'm going to hold these in a bundle until payday...if they don't sell, that is. Thanks PFF. 💝💖

@tonistwinkles You’re not wrong. If you’re working with wire, you have to fashion the cage of of the wire. These cages are “pre-made.” If you were working with a wire, you would need a coil on both sides to keep the crystal from falling out, and make a loop to attach the jump ring. I’m researching this topic to find out how it’s done.

@tonistwinkles I may get more of these. Time permitting I’m going to learn some jewelry making techniques. Today at the Goodwill store I found a rock tumbling machine. That made my day!

@catlovernj Hi Tracy, I think I could get the hang of it, lol. I love sea glass, and having that wire wrapped would be cool. And congratulations on the rock tumbler; we had one when I was young. I wish I had the space to make jewelry! 🙃💖

@tonistwinkles It’s always a make-space thing. I’m not sure the tumbler even works. Motor hums nothing happens. It didn’t cost much…
