This black asymmetrical felt hat consists of a round crown and an oval/elongated brim. The brim is longer on one side, which is how early 1940s' fashion style dictated.The crown is surrounded by a black velvet band which is cut so it has points. Please see photos. The look is finished with a spray of black feathers. The feather quills are covered in black velvet.
