DISNEY Pippa & Julie | NWT Black Sparkle Skirt

Brand New with Tags Pippa & Julie Disney Skirt Size: 6x (probably fits a 4 | XS ) - will measure!! This a brand New Skirt! It was part of a 2pc set, but the skirt does not fit my daughter. The skirt says 6x, but was sooooo tight on her. It should be worn at the waist line as it does feel a tad long, especially for a 4 year old (when you kiddo bends to the side, that's where the elastic band should land). If you buy for 5 or 6 year old, you need to stretch elastic out on your own.
