BRAND NEW w MISSING TAG, all plastics still attached, never been used and missing the original yellow bubble solution container, but replaced w also a brand new Mickey bubble bulb container also bought at Disney. This Mickey LED Light Up Bubblewand is still sold at the parks. Needs 3 AA batteries (may need new ones) for maximum fun. Tested in perfect working conditon. No returns
