Hon would you say the 3t is stretchy enough. My daughter is 2 and average, but she can fit up to a 6 in bathing suits. Don’t want it to be too tight

I held it against a used size 6 Jantzen swim top and they were the same width. I also held it against a new 4/5 Okie Dokie swimsuit and it was 1” narrower. It is 8 1/4 when lying flat. It stretch to about 11 1/2. I hope that helps. Also, I just lowered the price but I can go down to $11.
