Worn only once. A collab of Torrid x Dr. Who, this dress features a subtle nod to the show. The dress is very stretchy and forgiving, includes pockets, and looks great even if you aren't wearing it to fit a theme. It's a halter dress, so the back is low. It looks great on, but it's a bit long for me. Best fits 18-20 (maybe even a 22). Comes from a smoke-free home.
