aprilb418 @poshgarden Hey there! I have a buyer related question and am hoping someone with your expertise can help. I'm an ambassador and fairly experienced but haven't had an issue like this before. A buyer of mine just told me that I sent her the wrong earrings. (But I didn't) and that she needs to return them for a full refund. She started off by sending me a $3 offer on a $15 listing so naturally I'm a little weary about this. I'm afraid if I tell her she will have to show pics to PM

aprilb418 To obtain a refund, she might upload pics of some other pair of earrings she has, return the wrong pair back to me & keep the Chicos earrings I mailed her :-( They were a gift to me from my MIL, & I took great care in packing them as I do all my items, & since they were at one time special to me I remember packaging them well. I'm just not sure what the best & most professional way to go about this is! Do you have any advice or suggestions on what I should say to her? Thank you so so much!

styl1stcloset @aprilb418 I’m sure this has been solved but this kind of stuff on posh scares me. I want to start a black label posh group where people who have true integrity, don’t sell things that a boutique wouldn’t take, and don’t steal or misconstrue as you’ve said your buyer did here. Tbh if it was such a small sale like $15 I would have let it go - karma is real and she will get hers. I would report her to others tho so we don’t sell to her
