Dior, John Galliano designed Rasta trotter skirt. Authentic and extremely rare! Never worn I’m looking for tags that fell off. Has stretch to it. Pockets at hips. Pull on. Perfect vintage condition, the belt elastic has become loose over time..Easy fix to just tighten it and sew it down. Normal for vintage. Circa 2003-4. It’s meant to be worn low slung on hips. :). Gorgeous!!! Waist flat 14 inches. Length 10 inches
