toydior I'm improving every day. I did physical therapy yesterday. Rode the bike a little bit. Did some knee raises, sidekick and back kicks and calf stretch and quad exercises. I think I was done and I'm still hurting this morning. It'll get better when Jehovah kingdom is here.

toydior I’m preparing for a snowstorm. We’re supposed to get in the morning. They’re saying 4 to 8 inches. This is like a record snow for New Orleans.

toydior I still been struggling with anxiety and anxiousness since I’ve had knee surgery. I pushed through it to get to the other side. I’ve got a wonderful support group, and I love my congregation.
