This is a Dior Beauty embroidered pin to wear on a lapel, scarf, hat or on a bag. NWOT comes in box. In the spring of 1946, Christian Dior was trying to make a decision whether to remain a fashion designer or to start his own couture house. He came upon a wrought- iron steel star with a hole in the middle and decided it was a “sign”, took the journey to creating his own house and own label and the rest is history. The Star with the hole in the center remains a cherished keepsake within the Dior house of fashion.
