DIMRI Y2K Flared Ruffle Cheetah Skirt

Excellent condition ruffled cheetah skirt by DIMRI. I have a handful of DIMRI Y2K skirts I love but can't hold on the everything. Skirt flares at the bottom and falls slightly below the knee. Circular seams add fantastic movement and this skirt is a delight to wear. Black lining under cheetah print. Waist is 30in elastic. Officially size small but can also fit like a medium.
