A big THANK YOU to those who take time in packing up the items real nice and thoughtful. Sometimes even adding a little card or a handwritten note. ???? A big SCREW YOU to those that just flop the item in the box and dont even bother to tape it. Now my xmas present to my man is just floating around somewhere..??. The fee for shipping is pretty high, could at least ensure that it gets to that person?! ???? What do I do? I contacted Poshmark Support, my post office and UPS.??

nikler Are u fricken serious??!!!! Thats suuuch bs. I just received a pkg i ordered on merc that way ibwas honestly shocked the item was still in it. And just flipping around the box w zero protection. And it was a christmas gift to my daughter and was a couple hundred bucks now if it was me who sent it as the seller id want to ensure its safety and proper arrival. Common sense isnt so common i guess. Sorry that happened to u. There has to be something u can do. U emailed posh?

thebluescout @nikler yes i emailed them and they said to check the post office. I live in a very small town so when the mail truck came the lady came and knocked on my door to tell me the bad news, i went to the post office and showed them a picture of the item and they checked the back. I also contacted UPS and still waiting for a reply. Posh hasnt refunded me yet. They said to ask my neighbors??

raninmyheart @thebluescout posh should definately refund you! They are usually pretty good about it I would be persistent and the post office does have it insured for 50 dollars too.

sabrinacrim @thebluescout I know how u feel I ordered something too and got it and the box was damaged and nothing inside so disappointing! I put so much time in packing my products heck I put extra tape just because u never know! But some people put no thought into selling, so sad!

radikalresale Also, I don’t want to be a jerk but coming over to posh from eBay, it is straight up shocking how badly packaged every item I’ve purchased from Poshmark has been. No padding, barely taped the boxes ( and most use one strip down the main seam, never also across the open sides. ) No protection of the items from weather inside the box. Thank you cards and tissue are nice but a dry, properly padded and taped package is much better. Priorities ❤️❤️❤️

thebluescout @mercantile1441 no refund as of yet. I just keep getting a message to check my local post office. I checked, I live in a small town and I know our local Po box attendant personally.

trinity_gt86 I hope you get this sorted . If the original seller is not refunding you, I would post their name so that others don’t buy from them. That’s just bad service not to think about the buyers product.
