NWT Dickies Shorts in L*. Waist is approx 16in un-stretched. I would say it stretches another 2 inches comfortably. It pulls out to 19in max, but I would say they wouldn't be fitting comfortably at that point. Durable 100% cotton. There's a tie in the waistband, making it adjustable, if needed. *These shorts are marked as a XL but they run small. I'm calling them a large. Please check the measurements before you buy these!
