stateboutique @alykat_ Hi! Chest measures about 13 inches and length is 21 3/4 inches in front and 24 inches in back. (It has a high / low hem) Length measurements were taken from top of the scoop neck to bottom hem. Material includes 3% spandex and will fit comfortably to size. It's also so soft!!
