Style is "knife pleat". Hardly worn. These were originally the dress uniform which my daughter only wore for 1/2 the school year before lockdown. Removed the bib part but never got to use the skirt due to distance learning. Now my daughter had outgrown these 😁 Size 16 Plus/Husky.
