curvvyaccents @rebel323 hi, it should fit over your belly...but to be on the safe side you would have to wear a high waist skirt or pants...it's not a very short top though. ..as its a little big for me so it covers up my belly...and I'm like a med- large size top...I can measure the length for you, but in a few minutes when I'm home...

curvvyaccents @rebel323 there is stretch to the bust area as it has elastic at the back , so I think it will fit 36d and 38 too..I'm a 36d and there's more room for stretch...so if you're a size 12 you might fit it up very well as I'm about a 8 - 10 in tops ...so you might be able to fill it up nicely...
