DEB Brand Formal Dress (Like New)

This is a Vintage Y2K Deb Brand Dress!!! It’s so beautiful..it has adjustable spaghetti straps…then the breast area is white with Polka Dots..below that is a connected belt with a pretty diamond like accent and the belt ties into a pretty big w in the back…down the rest of the dress it’s waves or ruffles in black with satin trim!!! The dress is made of a stretchy fabric…Size of s Medium (could fit bigger)..Condition is Like New (maybe even is new)…Please refer to the pics
