Dark grey high waisted skirt with frills at the bottom. Size: 15 in wide and 17 in Length Beautiful zig zag designs that run vertically along the dress. A separate silk cover underneath, it also has a zipper on the right side. I’ve included pictures of the condition the frills are in. The top fabric is in great condition, no flaws.
