D&Co. brand maxi dress w matching shrug. Size 1X

Navy blue dress has crochet embroidery at neckline and on outer sleeves of shrug, w a back waist tie. Length is 49 inches with side splits. Dress is a rich navy but I couldn't get the true tone on camera. Read Well: Very small darkened spots on bottom front.
