DC Super Heroes FUNKO POP 8-Bit #02 Batgirl

This is a DC Superheros Funko Pop. 8 - Bit #02 Batgirl Pop has never been taken out of box. Been sitting on a bookshelf since purchase. Box is NOT MINT. Some corners have some wear. Lid has one corner trying to come up. There is a rip on the edge of the top of box. Some discoloration on bottom of box. Light marks on front plastic. We are not Funko Pop experts. Purchased this Pop for our collection. Been sitting on a bookshelf ever since. Never opened. I just need to downsize my collection. Please see pictures.
