Shiny vinyl/ resin 'crystal' clusters radiate their iridescence, and hang together on white stretchy cord for easy take on and off. The center gem is also a resin crystal that I wrapped in silver metal alloy wire, together they give the illusion of icy water droplets to bling up any flair, from casual to dressy attire.
