DAVID’S BRIDAL flower girl dress Size 4

Can easily fit a size 5. My kid is always on the 80th percentile for height and wore this at 5. Simple button up back. Very frilly fun skirt. Belt loops with no sash (didn’t come with one). GUC. Some discoloring? Maybe? Hard to see and photograph as the material is not a solid color and has shine to it. May just be the fabric. Size 4
