A small piece of the top layer of the insole was pulled off with the pricetag. Can't be seen or affect shoe when on your foot (see photo) Some wear to heels (see photo) I check every item as thoroughly as possible. Items that are pre-owned may have pilling, minor stains, and/ or overlooked holes. I do my best to highlight any issues. I do not intentionally send out flawed items. All my items come from a smoke-free home.
