DAVID DART 3/4 Sleeve Blouse w/ Ties

This is an elegant wine-colored 3/4 Sleeve Blouse by David Dart. There are ties at the end of the sleeves. V-Neck. The blouse has a double layer of fabric while the sleeves only have one making them slightly sheer. There is a small tear in the fabric on the backside of the left-handed sleeve. I’m sure it could be fixed by a seamstress or through a slight alteration. It is hardly noticeable. Size XL - runs small Worn once.
