Temporarily marked to my lowest! This is a very nice Dana BUCHMAN skirt in gray, size medium. It is very good quality, and in very good/excellent condition. Unfortunately it does not have a material tag on it. But the material is a bit heavier and seems great for colder weather, and it also has some stretch to it. annmariesaved @farmgirl543 Okay! Found it :-). So, The very top of the waistband is approximately 16 1/2 inches. The bottom of the waistband is approximately 17 1/2. 8 inches down is approximately 23 inches. The length is about 23 1/4 inches long.
