DAI Two-Way Commuter Pants

New with tags, never been worn. Size XS: 25" waist, 35.5" hips, 26.4" long, fits true to size (which happens to be slightly too small me, at this point). The model is 5'10". I'm 5'5" and these hit just above my ankles. These pants are designed for bike commuting. I walk to work a lot and got them for that reason. They have a water repellent finish, a tab at the bottom with reflective detailing and a snap closure so you can make the pant legs narrower (like joggers) for biking if desired. They're high rise with an elastic waistband. There's a zip pocket for your phone on the left side. Fabric details: (from dai website) Made from Italian medium-weight, double-bonded knit jersey with a 63% renewably sourced, fluorocarbon-free durable water-repellent finish Main fabric: 73% Polyamide, 27% Elastane (Lycra®) Zelan™ R3 renewably sourced durable water-repellent non-fluoridated finish. Contains 63% renewably sourced content derived from a variety of plant-based sources Machine washable I love the fabric and find it very comfortable. Basically, if these fit, I'd keep them.
