Cynthia Vincent black leather lace up heeled boots

Never worn, perfect condition, black leather lace up heeled boots by Cynthia Vincent. Comes with the duster bag and box. Scuffs on the bottom are from trying the boots on, you can see there are no scuffs on the heel because they have never been work outside!
