Cynthia Steffe silk floral top

Floral silk ultra feminine silk top with an orange, light blue , green and a bit of yellow against a cream background. Has a v neckline with tiny little rhinestones. Has a tie to accentuate waist which can be tied in front or back. I wore with white jeans but can be dressed up more. All silk and has a cream silk lining. Size 10 and very flattering to waist and bust line because of the sash.
