Cynthia Steffe Stretchy Knit Blue Patterned Column Dress with Collar

Blue patterned column dress with white collar from Cynthia Steffe. Extremely stretchy knit material. 4th photo shoes inside dress and hem. Excellent condition! Vintage item (purchased ~2010). No sizing or fabric tags but see photos for measurements. Lots of stretch, but this would probably best fit a true XS-M, looking more hip hugging/bodycon on a M/~40” hip. Offers welcome!
