Cynthia Steffe skirt in a size 10. It has a 2”wide elastic band on the top. It is 19” long and 21 1/2” wide. It has a zipper down the back. The inlay material is a lovely pattern in silk layers. It also has spandex and rayon. Made in the USA. Great for traveling. Like new.
