Cynthia Steffe Coat

This is a lovely coat. It is black with decorative trim on the lapel and bottom section. It is a heavy cotton material with velvet lapels and metal buttons. There is smocking around the bottom and a belt with a decorative metal buckle. The label says XL, but this is actually a Medium in US measurements.
