Cynthia Steffe Blue-white romantic dress-sequined all over- 0/2- NWT

New with tags flawless Cynthia Steffe dress 👗. Never worn. Paid $425 at Bloomingdale’s NYC for it. It sparkles like crazy, sequins all over the dress. I will add a video soon to show the sparkle better. Size is 0, but it fits my mannequin well (mannequin is size 2). This dress is even nicer in real life. Blue white with clear sequins throughout that catch the light.
