Cynthia Rowley velvet cutout wine burgundy dress

Beautiful dress with cutout in the front. Velvet material with some stretch and drapes beautifully. Zipper in the back. Only sign of wear is a hard to see line in the material (not stain, more like a little wear in the material from folding) near the waist area, see last picture. Not very noticeable when worn. Measures 19” flat across under the arms, 34” length.
