Cynthia Rowley toddler dress

This dress is so flowy and magical! My daughter would spin in circles every time she put it on. The floral detail is brightly colored and the double straps that cross in the back are beautifully unique. Used but in excellent condition other than some threading on the straps which I included a close up picture of. SF home and always hung to dry after washing. Ruffled bloomers included.
