Please ignore the size medium on the tag- the designer obviously did! It fits like an XS! Bodice is meant for a smaller bust. Originally this was a maxi, but a huge ruffle was removed to make a sweet mini. Beautiful floral print on navy. Smocking at bodice. Adjustable tie straps. Lightweight.
