Cynthia Rowley adjustable strap tank top with pleats at front, size small

this is a new without tags Cynthia Rowley top. I purchased this and removed the tags and then found the exact one in my closet, but I had already thrown away the tags so I couldn’t return it. I love the style of this with the adjustable straps, and the couple of pleats at the front, which gives plenty of extra room for your bust, as well as a bit of a flowy effect over your stomach. See photos for measurements, this is in perfect shape, has never been worn.
