VINTAGE CYNTHIA ROWLEY Size 4 in EXCELLENT CONDITION! Beautiful, classic leapord print,fully lined dress that falls at the knee or slightly above. Fabric feels like velvet! This is a mid 1990's original Cynthia Rowley, which I purchased in Arizona. I am the sole owner. This dress has been kept in immaculate shape and officially "retired " in 2002.
