This is a beautiful and fun to wear dress by Cynthia Rowley. The organza fabric has the perfect balance between flowy and structure. The stunning shimmer of the fabric doesnt show up well in these pictures, but is beautiful when the light hits it. This would be perfect for a summer wedding or night out with the girls
