Cynthia Rowley Floral Halter Top

This is a really cute Cynthia Rowley Floral halter top. Closed at the neck with a peekaboo V in front and back. Tags were cut when I acquired it. I never wore it, it is too big for me. I wear a size 4/5 to give you an idea. I believe it is at least a Medium. From armpit to armpit is measures 20" across From armpit to bottom 16" and from to collar to bottom 24". It is made of soft rayon, a really pretty top to take on vacation. I am selling it at $12 because it doesn't have tags
