Cynthia Rowley Embroidered Girls Dress (4-5T) - with Damage at Hem

This is a beautiful dress with sweet and thoughtful details, from the gorgeous embroidered flowers to the buttons on the back. It unfortunately has damage on the back left hem, shown in the photos. This might be a great find for someone interested in fixing the damage or re-purposing this dress. It would also make an adorable shirt.
