Cynthia Rowley Brown & Cream Floral Tiered Mini Dress

Pretty floral romantic dress made by Cynthia Rowley. The dress has a light brown/burnt orange background with cream & tan colored flowers throughout the fabric. It has flutter sleeves, tiered ruffle hem, and an elastic neckline that ties in a bow in front in a peasant style. The dress has a braided belt with fun tassels on the end. It can be worn with or without the belt. This dress is a size large and measures 23” from armpit to armpit. The dress falls right at the knee, and measures approximately 33" from shoulder to hem.
