Cynthia Rowely Midi/Mini Blue Dress - Cut Out Elbows - Mod Style - Size 2 37in long 13.5in wide at natural waist Slightly flare out. Very “mod” style Never worn but no tags. Has two small holes on left side, one by armpit, on on bottom left side. Both are probably very easy to sew up from the inside in just minutes, I just can’t be bothered. Each “hole” is about 1.5 inch long. Not visible unless you stick your fingers throw. It honestly took me a while to figure out where they were. See pics! Stretchy but a nice rather heavy weight dress that sucks you in and smooths. Really nice fabric. Elbows cut outs are by design. Make an offer :) buy before I change my mind lol
