Cyle & Chloe lined vintage floral dress! S/M

Excellent condition vintage Cyle & Chloe dress- size small but fits S/M. Made of linen & cotton and is lined. Black and white floral print. Dress also comes with a tie belt for the waist. Excellent condition! I’m 5’4” and this dress hits me around the knees.
