Purchased direct from Cuyana website and never worn or used. There is some spotting on the removable strap clips (unfortunately how I received it from Cuyana) and a very slight imperfection that's barely noticeable (pic 4). This caramel color is different than the caramel totes; it's a deeper richer caramel. Height: 11 1/4 in. Width at top: 17 in. Width at bottom: 12 1/4 in. Drop handles: 5.5 in.
