Cut-off classic "I ❤️ NY" Tshirt

Reconstructed distressed tacky tourist tshirt! Basic cotton tee, cut off hits mid-ribs and bottom of shirt hits a little bit under the bellybutton. I loved pairing this shirt with a red plaid skirt, black knee-highs, chunky black boots and a bowler hat! :)
