Cutest EVAN-PICONE top you will ever see!!!

I can’t say enough about how cute this top is, get ready for lots of complements!! Embellishments are not going to come off, they are sewn on well. Not every flower has the middle bead but that is the way it was when it was purchased, it’s just beautiful!!
