Cute white button down tie at waist top cropped SZ L

Very soft ribbed knit cropped tie top. This is a kind of a white but, has a bit of cream to it so it’s not stark white. Pit to pit is 21 inches and length is 21 inches. EUC brand tag has been removed. This fits me and I am a large but see measurements since size tag has been removed.
