Cute versatile top

This shirt seems to be polyester. It is super cute with a leather jacket or ticked into a pencil skirt. The top is super versatile with many outfits due to the neutral colors. There is a small mended rip in the sleeve as pictured in the close up picture. I have a very hard time finding the mend because the pattern masks it. Even if I do find it, it looks intentional.
