Cute summer dress

This dress is light weight and perfect for the summer. The sleeves have a slit in them making them flowing and fun. Built in navy blue slip underneath. Knee length. There are small loops for a belt but I regrettably no longer have the belt. One barely noticeable snag (pictured). Other than that, the dress is in great condition!
